I originally purchased my coffee table thru Amazon and it came with a bit of damage on the wood. I contacted Nathan James customer service and they did a great job responding quickly with my options for resolution. I really would have preferred either a replacement part or a 50% refund (thinking if I keep this piece it'll be in my living room for years to come, 50% seemed fair). They offered either a whole new table or 25% so I took the new table. Now I have to figure out what to do with 2 coffee tables. I still rate them good considering their responsiveness. And the table is attractive, just like the photos.
