Honestly, fantastic customer service, if not the best I've ever dealt with. Due to the shipping process, there were a couple of scratches on an item I had bought of theirs from Amazon. They were very timely, responsive, and easy to work with. I had taken a while to respond to them because I was busy with work, and they even went so far as to check on me, ask me how the process was going and made sure I received my replacement promptly. I didn't even have to repackage and send back the damaged item, which saved me a LOT of hassle. They also sent me a box of chocolates afterward as an apology,. As I said, truly phenomenal customer service. After replacement, I am very satisfied with the tables I bought from them, they are very stylish and affordable. I will definitely try to buy from them from now on.
