I moved to a new city shortly before the holidays and needed to furnish my new apartment. Unfortunately the package carrier for my new furnishings delivered my entertainment center to the wrong building at my complex and I was never able to locate it, luckily the customer happiness team was able to help me through the whole process of quickly getting a replacement sent out and delivered to an alternative address where I knew I'd be able to receive the package directly. They really made the whole process incredibly easy and their commitment to making something right that wasn't even their fault to begin with was incredibly impressive. I'd wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone I know.
