Their furniture is easy to assemble and is beautiful. More importantly they have an outstanding customer service personnel. We had a minor issue with one of the stools we bought. Customer service representative Amanda was extremely helpful and the issue was resolved very quickly. I would highly recommend Nathan James furniture.
