I ordered barstools from Nathan James and discovered they are not the perfect size for my kitchen island. I contacted the customer service as I was willing to exchange the products with the ones that would fit my island area. The customer service representative, Melanie, did a wonderful job helping me out and offering me free replacement of the desired products, without the hassle of returning the original items back. Melanie was so helpful and supportive throughout the process. Nathan James even sent us chocolate as an appreciation for being their customers. It was my first time experience buying Nathan James products. I absolutely loved their chic elegant products as well as their customer service. I will definitely be a returning customer.
