This is my first experience with Nathan James and definitely won't be my last. They got exceptional customer service and amazing people working over there. I bought a table and had a minor issue with it. As soon as I told them about the issue, they helped me all the way to making sure that I received the replacement and making sure nothing was wrong with it. I dealt with Angel from customer service and she is by far the best customer service rep that I have experience. Trust me, I have bought from top brands with so called exceptional customer service.
