I just wanted to share that Amanda provided the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. An item I ordered arrived with a defect. Once I made NJ aware, she made sure I received a replacement. The item was on back order and she kept me in the loop on its expected arrival. She also knew I wasn’t available at the delivery address very frequently and she made sure I was in town to accept delivery and followed up to ensure I was happy with the replacement. She also exceeded my expectations by having a box of chocolates delivered to my house, as a gift of appreciation. Again, I’m not at this address frequently and she must have made a note to ensure I would be there for the arrival of the sweet treats! I never leave reviews, but I thought she was worthy, so I left a review on Amazon, which is where I initially ordered the items from. The only reason I did so was because they had some items available immediately, I ordered multiple items, that you did not have in stock. Sorry it has taken me so long to write this, but I wanted to acknowledge Amanda.
