My customer service experience was nothing short of perfect. I was not happy with the color of the wood for a table and she offered several options for me to choose from. Ultimately, I was refunded 100% of what I paid and was told to keep the table and donate to a good cause! WHAT?!? That is an awesome gesture! I work with a non profit organization in my small coastal town that was thrilled to receive this high quality table!! Great customer service for sure. I've ordered a different table again and am anxiously waiting to get it. The other table was great quality, just wrong color for my home.
