Five stars for look and build quality. Minus two stars for persistent smell from the high-VOC finish. The smell was very strong when unboxed, so I aired them out and cleaned them before installing. One month later, the smell has lessened a bit but still persists. The room in which they are installed continues to smell like a cross between new carpet and some kind of varnish. Going forward, I will look for products that advertise low-VOC finishes. Update: Added one star for exceptional service. After posting this review, customer service reached out and worked with me to make it right. Their effort and follow up were excellent.
