I ordered a set of counter stools and once we put them together we noticed an issue with the legs of one of the stools. I contacted the company and they immediately sent me a replacement. The representative even went so far as to email me a follow up about the replacement to make sure I was satisfied. This was the first time I had ordered from this company and it won’t be the last. The stools are beautiful and very well made, and their customer service is top notch!
