Shortly after providing feedback, representatives reached out to me to gain a better understanding of our issue. While the counter stools may not be suitable for our family's needs, we were very impressed with the customer service's teams responsiveness, inlcluding looking into replacements or repalcement parts had we not already ordered different items.
