Our very first order had an issue with one of the pieces, and they immediately resolved it by sending a replacement without any hassle. This is exactly how customer service should be. Special shout out to Karla who proactively checked in with me to make sure the replacement had arrived - I have never had this level of service from any other online direct to consumer business before! The quality of the furniture matched what we saw online and what others had mentioned in their reviews.
