1 1/2 hour delay with no explanation. Different excuses made. Put in the wrong queue. If such a delay, give the redcoats a tannoy and let your customers know what’s happening. And apologise for the delay. Told you could only get on if you had a priority ticket?? Just about got on the coach because of the rush. We were lucky to get a seat; some didn’t!
