I have taken the Oxford-Bristol coach almost a dozen times in the last few months. It has been on time once. Lateness has never been communicated so I've had to hover around for up to 45 minutes in the Winter cold, wondering whether my coach is going to show up or not.
On other occasions, I have found managerial staff to be incredibly rude, unfriendly, incompetent; speaking to them in person is like trying to converse with an automated message machine that wishes it could do anything in life other than be in the customer-facing industry. That said, the drivers have always been pleasant and helpful enough.
The website is often down, communication about late coaches within the stations is poor if even existent. I have not received text tickets I have definitely ordered before. I simply despise this company.
