I have been using national express bus over 10 years, and today when bus got "broken " and needed to wait over 2 hours then it was my desition to give 1* review, new bus that we got transfered dodnt had charger ,MAIN REASON I AM TAKING NATIONAL EXPRESS E
BUS AND PAYING EXTRA TO HAVE CHARGING POWER AS I NEED TO MY WORK. Nevertheless be ready that your journey will be delayed at least 1hr EVERY TIME YOU WILL GO ANYWHERE WITH NATIONAL EXPRESS.DISAPPOINTING, NO REFUNDS HAS BEEN MADE AND MY TICKET COST AROUND 34£
