I booked a ticket online and was at the stop more than 10 min before departure. The bus was not white so I didn’t think that was the right bus because they never have a different colour. At the departure time I then went closer to the bus and realised it was a national express bus. When I tried to board the coach the people working there told me it was full and I could not board the coach I pre booked online.
They say they give priority to pre booked tickets but that is a lie. This isn’t the first time it happens.
Don’t book with national express.
