I was ordering an unusual lamp and was surprised and pleased that National Lamp had it in stock. I was ordering on line and had a problem with the software so rang the company to check whether my order had gone through. I was connected to someone who checked and found it had not so I ordered again on line and all worked well. The order confirmation was immediate and the lamp was delivered to me two days later, as promised.
