Delivery was very good and postage rates were very reasonable via the more reliable courier service of FedEx. The original tubes I had ordered were extremely well wrapped and packaged but on opening were found to be broken. On explaining this to customer service replacements were sent out very quickly and at no cost. This is a company that I would highly recommend
