Brilliant service. I had a troublesome fluorescent light that kept flashing and wouldn't start properly. The fault remained after changing both the tube and starter, I looked to replace the ballast. Unfortunately, I couldn't locate a supplier in the UK. I contacted National Lamps & Components for advice as they stocked a wide range of the same manufacturer I was looking for. Their advice and communication was first rate. They suggested the ballast doesn't normally manifest the fault I had so checked the bulb and starter were the correct specification. They were so although they couldn't supply the exact ballast I needed they found a suitable replacement. The replacement ballast was only around £8.00, but even so nothing was too much trouble for them to help me. As I said the service was brilliant and I can't recommend them enough. Definitely worth the 5 star rating.
