We love our National Park Posters. We got our first ones from our son and his wife, who are also National Park enthusiasts, and started collecting these posters. Later, we bought some additional ones as we travelled to new parks. We now have 8, lining our stairwell, and we get many compliments on them. Rob was super helpful on one order, when there was a little glitch, and we received the wrong poster. He quickly addressed the problem, and let us keep the extra poster for free since it was his mistake. THAT is customer service. This is an awesome business with flawless personalized service. Now I am intrigued by the postcards.
