After many years as a loyal customer with National, I am fed up. They are frequently unable to provide cars unless you reserve weeks in advance. Because of their lack of availability, I lost executive status, since I had to find other options over the last 2-3 years. Even when I had “status,” they never offered any extra service or even any effort to help - in any situation. Very disappointed! I’ll be going with Hertz from now on.
