Right from my first telephone conversation with Grace I knew I was onto a winner with National. I had been to a local company in Norfolk, but their customer service was poor, they didn't advise me correctly on planning requirements and they gave the impression that they were uninterested in my project. National couldn't have been more different. Grace's customer service was outstanding from the off. Nothing was too much trouble. She answered all my questions quickly and comprehensively. She gave me faith and confidence in a company that I had no previous knowledge of, but had luckily stumbled across online. The whole team is friendly and efficient, and a special mention also goes to Gina, who helped regarding the access and delivery details. The lads who came to install the stable were professional, efficient and polite. They worked exceptionally hard, and were a pleasure to have onsite. The stable was finished in a day and a half, despite torrential downpours, and I couldn't be happier with the result. It's a fabulous stable, my horse took himself into it within an hour of it being completed. The build quality and finish are superb. I'm absolutely chuffed to bits with it.
