I contacted National CV service to request an update to my current CV. Adding my current role and qualifications. The lady that called back explained that this would be £100 for the update. When questioned about the price, she explained that they cant amend the price for an update and that it is the same cost as it would be for a mid level manager CV. I tried to ask questions but the lady interrupted me and spoke over me, assuming i was trying to barter with her about the price. She was extremely rude and arrogant. It was never about the price it was trying to explain what i wanted and if there was service/price for what i wasy asking for. Which there clearly wasn't. She proceeded to tell me to do it myself and put the phone down! Customer service was shocking.
