Still don't have my product. Credit card was charged when I placed the order - not when it shipped. No updates at all unless I e-mail you. Then I get a response that my product will ship by the end of the week and I will receive an e-mail with tracking number. That was last week - still nothing. I spent a lot of money on blind faith and nothing to show for it. Getting ready to dispute charge with American Express.
