Purchased an engagement ring with band last November. Just recently decided to get another opinion on the diamond. I took it to a very reputable gemologist here in the Tulsa, Oklahoma area. The appraisal that National Diamond Outlet estimated is $13,970, the appraisal that Israel Diamond Supply in Tulsa Oklahoma (google them, very reputable), valued the ring at was $4,000! A significant difference, and a one star rating is too high for this 'criminal' behavior. I plan to seek legal advice.
