After my trust was approved by the atf which was written by a different firm the other firm said my son was good to go since he was named successor trustee fortunately I doubted that National gun trust confirmed he could not be in possession of my silencer. They seem to understand the laws and the significance of the required language in the documents. All inclusive firms that say they can take you from start to finish really want to sell silencers
