Overall, this is a great turn-key process and excellent value for the money. A couple of enhancements would have made this a 5 star: 1) Fillable fields for the data that I enter would make it look more professional. Handwriting is ok but if it were typed it would look much better. 2) The schedules for adding Schedule 1 firearms has 5 lines. This should either be 10+ or customizable. If a person has 12 firearms, for example, you need 3 forms, all witnessed & notarized. Or you have to make a form yourself, which defeats the purpose of a turnkey system. One last thought: My attorney could not edit anything without rewriting the thing. I get why, but since we bought it, maybe we should be able to edit it for legal purposes.
