The price, service and responsiveness of the team at NGT were all superb. I needed a .eft file for ATF forms, and everywhere I looked, online or in person, was trying to sell me fingerprint cards or an “archiving service” (in addition to the fingerprinting charge. NGT charged less than PrintScan to use PrintScan’s equipment at the UPS store. They were able to schedule me same day, and a live person actually called to get my identifying information and verify it was correct. When I got my fingerprints scanned, I received an email notification within minutes that my .eft file was available for download. The ATF eFile system accepted and validated the file, so it looks like everything went well. Thanks NGT, we’ll dine!
