Process was fairly simple for EFT file creation. Only issue I ran into was the rep called me to schedule my appointment before the customer service center was actually open. When I tried to call back, the message stated they were closed even though I had just gotten a voicemail? Once I did get in contact, they were down for technical difficulties and I was told I would get a call back to schedule. I actually waited 24hrs and then called in again to try to schedule and there were no issues at that time. Scanning at UPS store was easy done in 10 minutes and I had access to my EFT file within 10-15 minutes of completing the scan. True test will be if the ATF finds the file acceptable, but overall I am happy with how simple the process was.
