The process was very easy to follow but there are a few improvements in the process that could be made. 1. The implications of the Co-trustees isn't very well communicated throughout the process. Inadvertently, I put a minor on the Co-trustees which could be verified by a simple DOB question. 2. I was reached out to for questions which was great, but the 'final' copy of the Trust was already mailed before my questions were answered and the revisions were made. This final copy should be printed AFTER someone asks. (Not sure if my shredder can handle this paper) 3. All in all the process would have been more simple if I was a lawyer or was familiar with trusts - which is not the target audience for this. In the end - I have a functional trust though which is fine! It's just not on nice paper :).
