I found that some of the initial instructions were somewhat confusing for a first-time buyer, specifically regarding what to use as the initial contribution (dollar or NFA item--why you need to do this, what happens if you use the dollar). Those instructions could be written to match the great descriptions of what each role is. Once I clicked "submit," I was almost immediately contacted by Ryan, who answered all my questions...many of which were dumb because I didn't understand some things that are very obvious in hindsight. He made sure that not only was the trust was set up correctly for me (and offered to make any changes if needed as my understanding evolved), but also that I understood what was going on so that I'd feel more confident in the paperwork. There was a flood of emails going back and forth, and he was extremely responsive. This is top-notch customer service! Can't thank him enough. I'd strongly recommend National Gun Trusts to anyone!
