Paid deposit; reminders received 14 days & 7 days before balance due. Glad I didn't pay there and then as they then cancelled the trip WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME. I only found out when I tried to pay the balance.
It then took them 14 days to refund my deposit!!!
This company appears to be trading on customers deposits. I would never attempt to use them again.
