I'm writing this review truly to protect others from the same mistake and awful experience I had. national association of licensed paralegals has deliberately not answered emails and avoids direct questions. This has resulted in 16 weeks not being able to move forward. I have been sent around between different employees as none of them want to take responsibility. Excuses such as ” spam mails ” and ” We can only think that your request has fallen through the cracks over the Christmas period ” is the most professional you will get out of them. They will diminish you with comments like ” These have been answered, but I’ll clarify for you as you do not appear to have understood the answers as given.” ( Director of Compliance & Regulation National Association of Licensed Paralegals ) ” I trust this now answers all your questions in a way that you understand.” ( Director of Compliance & Regulation National Association of Licensed Paralegals ) ” We are under no obligation to give feedback to students ” They will accuse you when in fact they are the one making the mistakes. When asking if I can withdrawal the purchase of this education with full refund I got no answer. Just for them to past the expiration date for them not to give me a refund. I genuinely hope this will help others to have nothing to do with such an unprofessional association like NALP.
