"Technician",broke both pillars to windscreen in three places when changing windscreen. He glued them together and back on. He said the office had been informed and they would be in touch with a further appt. This didnt happen and when queried about replacement pillars they didnt have a record of them being broken and turned blame onto me for somehow breaking them.
Now my insurers wont fix pillars and national windscreen wont pay for breakage.
