Exceptionally bad customer service, avoid this company!
Ordered a chrome flush pipe set that wasn't going to fit properly so needed to return. Their website states that you must request via email an RMA goods return form before sending the item back. A company representative confirmed this when I made a telephone call. I sent email requests on the 19/12, 21/12 and 23/12 to the support email address and still no response!
