I ordered two toilet seats from Nationwide back in February. When delivered these were found to be unsuitable for the toilets and it was agreed with Nationwide that they would be returned. This was done and they were tracked and signed for a week later. Despite numerous emails both the Paypal and Nationwide and proof of delivery back to Nationwide etc, no refund has been forthcoming. It should never take this long to sort out a simple refund, the customer service in this instance has been non existant.
