Terrible experience. Ordered a sink which I cancelled before it was delivered. It was still delivered. This was three months ago and I have spent the past three months trying to return the unopened sink and get a refund. No-one answers the phone, the form which you have to fill out on the website to request a return does not work. Emailing direct is even worse. I've sent at least 20 emails. There was a moment of hope when Andrew once replied to an email only to say that they didn't accept returns and don't provide refunds for items they sell you. This is counter to their own returns policy on their website as well as illegal as it breaches the consumers rights act. I'm now having to go through the courts to try to get a refund. Appalling service made intolerable by it being impossible to talk to or get a response from anyone in the company.
