Steer clear. Ordered an expensive toilet seat , they sent the wrong one. Tried to organise correct one to be sent, ignored my emails and their phone line directs you to email. In the end I spoke to them on sales line and they gave me a ticket to organise a refund, only I had to pay for it myself to be returned. 6 weeks after it was sent back no response, ignored my email requests. Again I call the sales line and they look into it and finally get my refund, only they refused to refund me the postage back to them which cost nearly £18. Utter waste of time and caused me lots of stress.
