I ordered a Matki shower on May 19th and paid over £1600. I was informed a few days later that there was a supply issue so I cancelled the order. I sent an email confirming the cancellation and received a reply saying accounts would refund me. I have had to apply to my credit card company for the refund as this company wouldn't in spite of their promise. I received my money today 28th July.
Be warned before dealing with them
