Well where do I start, first off there was no way of tracking my order other than via the Shop App which was a complete waste of time as it didn’t specify when I could expect the delivery which bare in mind was ordered on the 28/09/22 and after several calls which involved many excuses as to why it had not arrived which to be honest would take me too long to type the goods finally arrived today and guess what, there were items missing. I contacted the Nationwide Radiator team about my order and explained my dilemma to the member of their team who told me he would contact the warehouse to see if they could look into why part of the order was missing and he would ring me back. Two hours later I rang back to be reassured by the same person of the team who told me that he was still waiting for a response from the warehouse team and would ring me back again! You’ve guessed it, no call back, which has left me thinking that I can only assume that the warehouse is in some far off country, may be North Korea where it is known that moving goods in and out of the country is a tad difficult, oh and not forgetting the time difference. I am by nature an optimistic person who will always try to take the positive from a negative situation but on this occasion I’m struggling, so my advice to you all is that whilst the goods ton offer appear to be good value for money getting hold of them is a different matter, so purchase with caution, in that if like me you have a Kitchen or bathroom being fitted to a schedule you will need to build in a time contingency ie 3-6 months to be on the safe side. 😞
