Delivered product. Went on wall. Found a pinhole in the radiator Which leaked water over carpet . Firstly they refused to exchange, saying I had to go to the manufacturer as it wasn't within 3 days! Who sees a problem with a rad within 3 days. Then they said they'd deal with it as a go between me and the manufacturer, but email upon email they refuse to actually answer any queries. Now they give me 24 hrs notice to exchange rad. So I have to pay for a plumber to come to take useless one off the wall, and pay him again to return to put replacement up. Totally unhelpful. Will NEVER USE AGAIN.
