My product took nearly 3 weeks to arrive, it was delivered unwrapped and the product we received was not what was stated on the Shipping confirmation.
Sent emails to customer services, who don't seem to be wanting to help.
We have screen shots of what we ordered and confirmation, however this is not what arrived.
Customer service was not helpful in this matter at all.
