The website was very misleading not identifying what was and was not included from the picture. So only half of the toilet I thought I’d paid for arrived and a few days late. They then wouldn’t live up to their price match promise to get the rest. So in the end we got a cheaper full toilet delivered the next day for less from Victorian Plumbing. Also annoyingly they wouldn’t acknowledge their part and the misleading webpage so we had to pay £35 to return it. I would not recommend using this company.
