Absolute disgrace.
No communication.
No customer service.
Unable to fulfill orders
Over 2 months I have been waiting for delivery for a shower tray, constantly told itll be with you next week. Its not our fault.
Issues with supplier, COVID restrictions, all very much understandable, but to continuously 'string' us along to say itll be here with us 'next week'. Bearing in mind I didnt get any communication off yourselves, myself and my partner had to chase this at least twice weekly, phone calls and emails. To which we were told - we will phone you back and update you - never once happened!!
Then you ask if we would like an alternative, not a problem I guess we'll have a different one - obviously not the one I wanted. But I thought yes ok, resonable if they are unable to deliver the product I wanted then I dont mind having to change, As I need my bathroom finishing (last month).
Then to go charge me the difference of +£120 for being unable to supply the product I wanted in the first place. Unforgivable.
Will be advising everyone to avoid this company at all costs.
Worst company I've ever bought a product off. (Well tried)
A call off the manager or director would be appreciated, but seeing how the call handlers are unablee to call us with updates I know this is as likely as Aston Villa staying in the Premier league and winning it next season.
