After 15+ years of homeowner insurance, I filed a claim for slab leak repairs & was told that a bid of $12,722.49 from one of their partners was competitive. My main bathroom water closet is busted up & my steam shower is busted up & other areas have been torn up. My Claim was not handled appropriately and according to their guidelines, from the start. I think this is because I’m a single African American woman in a predominantly white neighborhood. RACISM abounds.
