I recently sought help after inadvertently transferring money into my Credit Card Account. I contacted this department and was told there was a ‘security problem’ and referred to my local branch. I personally visited the Nationwide Branch in Stockport and was met by Sara who listened patiently to my mistake and immediately contacted the Credit Card Department. The matter was soon resolved with arrangements made to transfer the money back into my current account. I wish to commend Sara for her polite and professional manner in dealing with the matter.
