Had an appointment to have the EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) done at 10am - no one showed up...called the number on website - no one answered...then went on to chat and asked where the survey person was ...then got a call from the person doing the survey to say they couldn’t make the appointment as they got stuck on public transport AND they had another job to do before mine...WTF! Said they would get to mine for 12am.... then asked the chat person what compensation they would do - she replied “we wouldn’t do that...”
In short not a good experience - beware...
