I purchased a pair of Footprint Gamechanger insoles a week ago on the recommendation of many Skater friends of similar age to myself. At nearly 48 my heels feel bruised and cause me about 4-5 days of pain after a couple hours street sesh. I was reluctant to spend out on a ‘pair of insoles’ but was desperate as the constant pain was making me want to hang up the board. They arrived within a couple of days and I followed the instructions of placing them in the oven for 8 minutes before fitting them into my boots to mould them to my feet. I now alternate them into whatever boots I’m wearing including my toecap work boots. 1 week on my heels are pain free although after yesterdays skate sesh i had slight pain in 1 heel but today it’s now feeling ok again. I wear both Vans Comfy Cush and Nike SB Blazers but i’m now a Footprint Gamechanger convert. The only drawback is I have to alternate them until I can get another pair. Highly recommend them!!!!
