Four stars are for the chewy stick,s, our dogs love them. Not sure I received the right ones as they don’t match the picture.Unfortunately due to the lack of communication and long delivery time I won’t be ordering from you again unless things improve. Also the packaging wasn’t strong enough. The paper bag was open and the chews were loose in the box no use by or best before and no list of ingredients
