Ordered some rolls of wool insulation to go under our dining room floor. That was a simple straight-forward process. They arrived in good order and promptly. Although they do initially have a distinctive smell that was not an issue once they were below the floorboards. Went in like a treat particularly in awkward corners where the flexibility of the wool is a real bonus in contrast to other rigid forms of insulation.
